PENTING — Khusus Outlook: ubah setelan paste dulu
Outlook default-nya pakai Merge Formatting yang akan menghapus styling signature (font size, warna). Ubah dulu ke Keep Source Formatting:
Outlook → File → Setting → Mail → Compose → Cut, copy, and paste → set "Pasting from other apps" ke "Keep source formatting"

Isi form di kiri: nama, jabatan, WhatsApp, dan email.

Klik Salin Signature untuk menyalin kode ke clipboard.

Gmail: Settings → Signature → Paste
Ctrl+Shift+V Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → Paste.
